Day in and day out, reports about men killing their wives either due to frustration, or infidelity or non co-operation by their wives are coming. While murder cannot be justified due to any reason and a snuffing away of a life is most heinous a crime, but the point of contention is not the murder, but reason as to why such murders are happening.

The saddest part of fact is the way these matters are presented. It has to be borne in mind that all those who have murdered their wives were well educated and fully aware of the consequences of murdering someone. Yet they have decided to take the extreme step. This only showcases the frustration men in general and husbands in particular are feeling not only due to increased and continuous harassment from their wives but also from the society which also comprises of the media and the Government and their attitudes towards men. While the reasons that drive men to these extremes are either conveniently ignored or presented shabbily, the crimes are glorified creating a male hatred in the society which is forming a cloud of insensitivity over a man's problems. On one hand, the society expects men to deliver their duties as per the traditional roles of a Protector and a Provider and on the other hand, it refuses to give them basic rights in a marriage. Every man knows that the day his wife complains about him whether true or false, he is going to face the flak, and this thought itself is the foundation of the ‘Cornering'.

In a country where adulterous wives are considered victims and adultery is a reward earning option for women, a man is left with very less options but to murder his wife and the murder is thoroughly unjustified yet happening. It is an alarming trend and the society needs to take note of this before more and more men turn into ‘Baazigars'. Like the Shahrukh Khan starrer bollywood flick wherein he decides his own justice for the injustice meted out to him.

Similarly if men's problems are not taken seriously, if men are given their due basic rights in a marriage, if men are not provided with the much needed communication channel from the society which includes the media and the Government, if men are not heard, if men are protected and if male-hatred is not stopped, more and more such news of men taking the law in their hands are going to become the norm of the day.

Once again the choice remains with the society, whether it wants MEN or BAAZIGARS?

The patriarchal society believes that Men are always after sex! And women do not even desires sex and in fact
shun!

Society believes that Men as 'sex enjoyers' has the Duty not only to protect women be it his wife, sister or
mother but also to Pamper them!

But the truth is women are more lustful than Men!!

They are made believe that Men has
the duty to Pamper them just for providing SEX!!

So they always want to fix a price for SEX and end up screwing up
themselves!

Just imagine the plight of MENOPAUSE women and octogenrian SEX STARVED men!!

MEN ARE VICTIMS OF THIS CLAN

This fact is further strengthened by all the recent news of bobbitisation of men by their women partners.
Women are
indeed more sex-maniacs than men, and they also want their 'rights of choice' when it comes to sex. While the buffoons
that we men are, nobody bothers of the 'right of choice' for this other species of human beings called MEN.

As per Today's Indian Law,

Sneak A Peek

Men’s Rights – Perspiration or Inspiration?

As I think about the today's theme - it reminds me of Thomas Edison, the man who invented the electric bulb. He had made a famous statement "Things are 99% perspiration, 1% inspiration"

Same applies to men's rights movement as well. It is a matter of constant awareness campaign and hitting at our opponents and proponents of male abuse. Contrary to popular belief, it is 3 times easier to abuse a male than a female because males have no support structure and male abuse is accepted by the society as social service.

Follow Yourself; Not Tradition

As I have repeatedly mentioned in my articles that cultures have deceived men, acting as vultures. Men have been used as the FREE ATM MACHINE, the UNPAID BODYGUARD, the de-facto PROTECTOR and PROVIDER, etc. by cultures and in the process have been reduced to disposable entities. Their abuse is considered a social service now.

And men, the way they are, are in a great way responsible for this. They rarely challenge or question conventions, traditions, histrionics and stereotypes thrust upon them. They do not feel the need to fight for their rights - only a handful of them are doing though scores are getting victimized. They do not demand for their space in the society and accept things as offered to them.

To this effect, today I take the example of Skandagupta - the great emperor of India. His stepmother has him sent to Ujjain so that her son can be made the emperor. He obeys her. But then the Huns attack India under the leadership of Attila the Hun. The army of Skandagupta calls him back as they needed his expertise.
