There's an interesting poem written about women,
God Created the World and Rested,
God Created Men and Rested,
And God Created Women
Neither God nor Men have rested.
The above lines tell us a lot about women. And the reason they have been able to make the men dance around them is, UNPREDICTABILITY, UNREASONABLENESS and AN AIR of MYSTERY around them. It's a common saying that a woman is a mystery, which is actually a myth because women only create an air around themselves that they are mysterious. Men, on the other hand, are predictable, especially by their woman to a large extent. This is because most men think it's safer to be always logical so that they can explain their stand. This trait of theirs makes them highly vulnerable as it is easy to corner him and then provoke him to be violent and then the isolated incident of ‘provoked and instigated violence' due to extreme cornering is used against him. And the man himself feels that being violent was wrong on his part, so he too gives in without realizing that he has been pushed to that situation. Such a situation is not anyone's imagination but is the crux of matter behind most of the violent incidences involving men. First of all, the society, especially the conservatives, does not provide the man with a communication channel. And then it says, men do not communicate, a double jeopardy situation for men. And it this basic attitude, that has led to men committing double the number of suicides than women with a rate that grows at four times the rate they are born, feeling cornered, neglected and wrongly targeted. However, more than the society, it's the men who are to be blamed. They are so deeply imbibed into proving themselves correct that they do not realize it is this very activity that lands them in trouble. Men need to learn a lesson or two from women. The day they learn that it is OK to be unreasonable, weak and illogical at times and do things just because they feel like doing it, pursue some of their interests rather than just being a Financial Stronghold of the family, is the day people will learn to respect them and their rights. Right now, since men tend to remain logical, they feel they can get everything through logic and hence do not feel the need to fight for their rights. But when the society around them becomes illogical due to a woman's demand and this infringes the logical thought territory of the man, and it hurts him and harms him, he realizes the importance of his rights and the need to fight for the same, but it is already too late then. Unaffected men, simply refuse to accept this reality and continue to live in a world of denial, till they are hit below the belt. If a man wants his woman to love him forever, it is very important that he always remain mysterious to the woman. This will always keep the woman guessing and she will never leave in a bid to study him more. I know most of the men reading this, would not agree because MEN will be MEN. However, if they understand and implement it in their lives, their lives are for sure going to be a lot better than what it is now.
