This article, as I read, sends a chill down my spine as it spells the atrocious torture and humongous abuse undergone by a man inside the prison merely because there was an allegation (yet unproved), on him of raping his own daughter. And finally after 9 months of torturous prison stay, the court released him as his daughter turned hostile and told, "She had feigned rape against her father who disapproved of her love affair, which was unknown to her mother then."

All this, the man tolerated and even contemplated suicide at times, only because the accusers were women!!! All this, the man tolerated only because he was a man!!! Is this the way the society is going to treat its men?? Take presumptions as proofs and punish on assumptions?

"Jaise baccha maa ke pet main se nau mahine ke baad nikalta hain, vaise mera dusra janam hua hain. Mujhe kuchh pata nahin kya karna, kaha jaana; bus sab uparwale ke haath main chhod diya (I feel like a baby who is born nine months after being in the mother's womb. I don't know what to do and where to go. I have left it all in God's hands)," these words of his on coming out of prison tell us of the mental state he has been in.

All this because this so called MALE DOMINATED COUNTRY, believes in Women Empowerment, and has empowered its women to the extent that they use the same empowerment brigade to unleash their rage on men they want to avenge and ‘fix up'!!!

Women know that the moment they lodge a complaint against a man, their work will be done because the punishment for the man will start from there itself, and later when the complaint will be found false, there will neither be any punishment to the false accuser woman nor any compensation for the falsely accused man. This is how anti-men statistics are generated and used to justify an anti-men women protection law which basically runs the shop of selling women rights.

When the daughter complained of rape by the father, why no medical examination was carried out to ascertain her claims? Because there was a presumption that no daughter would levy a false allegation on her own father for raping and this presumption acted as a proof enough to imprison him. Later, he languished in prison for 9 months tolerating physical abuse and spitting by fellow inmates, and he was released after the daughter turned hostile. However, till then the assumption worked that he might have raped his daughter.

But what the society is refusing to acknowledge here is the fact that it's so called PRESUMPTIONS and ASSUMPTIONS theory has failed here and the daughter has actually implicated her father in a false case and made him undergo inhuman and barbaric treatment only to satisfy her ‘bruised ego'. When a girl can mete out such a treatment to her own father, what is the guarantee she will spare other men in future? Why are the mother-daughter duo allowed to roam freely? Why should they be not punished for filing false complaint, cheating, fraud and criminal conspiracy? In actuality the man has been raped and the same charges should be leveled on the criminal women, but in absence of such a protection to a man, this is the best that can be done to meet ends of justice. Are the courts and lawmakers listening?
