Men often find themselves caught on the wrong side when a woman complains against him. And the so called logical society drops all logic when it comes to addressing a complaint by a woman. It normally believes everything a woman says under the impression that, "Why will a woman lie?" and the silence of the man goes against him. Though I will not go into the dynamics of, "Why will a woman lie?" here, though it being a fact that women are one of the most wonderful and uncatchable liars on earth, it is important to understand here, what should a man do when he is made to face the social wrath because of a woman's lies. It is very important to understand here that it is totally detrimental for the man to be logical at this moment because his opponents won't be logical. They would be driven by their histrionics and their over-zealous attitude to ‘help' a woman. And so the man also needs to adjust to the situation accordingly and act vague, illogical and unreasonable from the present context. As I write this article, it reminds me of a scene of a movie which goes like this. The hero of the movie spots a beautiful girl in the mall (who is also the heroine of the movie). When the girl spots him staring at her, she decides to teach the man a lesson and starts shouting that the man is teasing her and threatens the man of a complaint of eve-teasing. Initially the man is taken aback and does not know how to react. Then the manager of the mall comes and tries to neutralize the situation. The hero makes a very innocent face as if telling, "Can you think I can do such a thing?" The manager is confused and tries to pacify the heroine. She abuses the hero and leaves the place fuming. Angry, she picks up a dress or two and rushes towards the trial room. But unfortunately for her, the room was already occupied by a man who was semi-naked. Seeing this, the heroine loses her senses totally. This is spotted by the hero who catches her red-handed and then makes a ruckus out of it. Again the manager comes but this time the roles are reversed. This time the girl makes an innocent face. Finally again the manager pacifies both of them and the heroine leaves the place fuming. Although this scene does not relate completely to the real life tough situations faced by men, but the psychological, behavioral and attitudinal dynamics are the same. What was important to learn here from the man was, that when caught in such a situation - Give them their own medicine. Keep watching this space as tomorrow I will put the analysis of the scene.
